Kelly Wiseman is a passionate neurodivergent leader, parent, Developmental Educator, and clinical supervisor who brings lived experience and professional expertise to every conversation. As co-founder of Our NeuroTribe, she works at the intersection of inclusion, education, advocacy, and family systems.
Kelly supports individuals, families, and organisations through a neurodiversity-affirming lens and is particularly committed to improving outcomes for those with complex and intersectional needs. With a background in Developmental Education and Postive Behaviour Support her work spans disability, mental health, trauma-informed practice, and social connection.
She brings rich insight to the ACSA Committee, drawing on leadership roles across peer support, training and coaching, community consultation, and service co-design.
A fierce advocate for collaborative, person-led models of support, Kelly leads with both compassion and practicality ensuring that voices often left out are placed at the centre.
