As the founder of Progressive Pathways, Mary has turned her passion to assist the vulnerable and people with disability in the community, to be empowered members who utilise tools and support Progressive Pathways has to offer. Mary maintains various roles within Progressive Pathways that include, working with participants to achieving NDIS goals, developing therapy programs, building independent life-skills within the home and wider community while also expanding the participant’s families capacity. Mary also collaborates with service providers and other allied health professionals to further educate support workers and mentors the individual to reach their full capacity.
