I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Midwife working in Victor Harbor, SA, providing counselling for individual clients and clinical supervision for mental health professionals.
My specialty areas include anxiety, trauma, including complex PTSD, parenting support, perinatal and infant mental health. I have worked in both inpatient and community settings including CAMHS, Helen Mayo House, Noarlunga Early Childhood Development Team, Pregnancy to Parenting, and in the youth homelessness sector. I have also had extensive experience in group work and as a Nurse Educator.
As a Clinical Supervisor, I offer a safe, compassionate place for clinicians to be heard and supported in their work. Supervision is facilitated as a collaborative process to promote the clinician’s growth and development through learning and reflection.
