Jonathan has dedicated his career to clinical supervision, starting with his training as a Mental Health Nurse in 1989. Working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in the UK before moving to Melbourne, Australia. He has received and provided clinical supervision throughout his professional journey, both individually and in group settings.

Drawing from a rich background, commencing within NHS psychotherapy services, Jonathan has predominantly worked in child, youth and family mental health services (CAMHS/CYMHS/ICYMHS).  Working with multidisciplinary teams, spanning inpatient therapeutic communities and tertiary community services. His roles have encompassed clinical practice, leadership, and management.

Jonathan currently operates a private practice part-time in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, where he offers therapy and clinical supervision. He believes in fostering a trusting environment where supervisees feel comfortable to reflect on their development and celebrate their growth.
