I offer Professional, Clinical and Spiritual Supervision to those in caring professions, accompanying and supporting you in observing and reflecting upon your practice. I am trained in the reflexive model of supervision, and approach our work together from a values based, contemplative and compassionate listening stance. Our supervision will be tailored to your individual needs and learning preferences.

I have had a long background in senior management roles in corporate, government and non-profit sectors, and have worked in the community sector, including acute clinical settings, so I have a wide understanding of organisational cultures and their issues. I currently coordinate and supervise Clinical Pastoral Education  in a public health setting, as well as offering professional supervision through my private practice.
