I believe that relationships are primary to our happiness and well-being. From the cradle to the grave, when our relationships are unhappy, disturbed and traumatised, our sleep, appetite and social interactions are affected in our intimate, parent to child, peer or workplace relationships.

My therapeutic focus is to provide a safe place for anyone I work with to enable them to find how they can find safety in and for themselves and ultimately all their most important relationships.

My experience includes providing individual and group, private or workplace reflective supervision; Secure-base therapy for unresolved attachment trauma, workplace trauma and burnout, birth trauma and loss, parent-child therapy, parent support services.
