I work collaboratively with psychotherapists, counsellors and other health and welfare practitioners, to reflect on and improve their professional practice. As a clinical supervisor, I will assist you to become a more effective clinician by providing a supportive, confidential setting to explore thoughts and feelings about your work, reflect on cases and experience new learning opportunities. My down to earth and non-judgemental approach allows supervisees to talk freely about challenges and process any internal tensions or reactions that arise.  I have training and experience in the psychodynamic approach to therapy, and can assist supervisees to process transference and countertransference issues they experience in their work.
