With over 20 years of experience in health management across government, private, and not-for-profit sectors, I have worked in various fields such as mental health, custodial health, forensic mental health, primary care, secure services, emergency departments, staff health and wellbeing, disaster response and recovery, rural health, and health security. I am also trained in domestic and family violence system models and have experience in mental health and justice health policy, health infrastructure development, models of care, strategy, and governance – straddling the operational and policy contexts of health. My focus is on providing clinical supervision to nurses and clinical leaders in health management, as I  understand the unique needs of health and clinical leadership.
