About Me

Hi, I’m Bek Chatellier, an occupational therapist with 13 years experience. I founded The Supervisionary Partnership out of a deep passion for supporting allied health professionals across all disciplines. Engaging in clinical supervision has been pivotal for my career, not only in honing professional competence, building my business, but also in fostering resilience, self awareness, and confidence.

Through my own supervision journey, I have witnessed its transformative power—not only in building professional expertise but also in enhancing self awareness and bolstering self esteem. When conducted with best practices and a commitment to growth, supervision elevates the quality of care we provide, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of support.

I am particularly concerned about the challenges faced by new graduates and early career professionals, who often report inadequate workplace support. I strongly believe clinical supervision plays a vital role in reducing clinician burnout and attrition, helping to create a sustainable and fulfilling career in allied health.

Since establishing my private practice in 2018, I have successfully built a thriving business without the need for advertising, relying on strong professional relationships and consistent delivery of exceptional services. As a sole trader, I have gained invaluable insights into the complexities of running a business—from managing time and finances to nurturing client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Whether you’re looking to refine your clinical skills, improve your professional confidence, or establish and grow your own allied health business, The Supervisionary Partnership provides a transformative space to help you achieve your goals. Supervision is not just about competence; it’s about resilience, self awareness, and building a sustainable, fulfilling career.
