Hello,

I, like you, am passionate about what we do as Mental Healthcare Workers & Therapists.

I love that for so many of us, we recognised the importance of us being life long learners, where we seek supervision, knowing it is at its best, a supportive environment, with a collegiate atmosphere of working collaboratively with like-minded colleagues to be our best.

My supervision work is formed by my training as a therapist and also, by my being on the faculty of an RTO – The Institute of Applied Psychology, it is also supported by my role as a Board Member of ISPA (International Strategic Psychotherapist Association).

My passion is creating the best outcomes for all in our field of work, and in the support of therapists who do this work.

To this end, I have also have extensive experience in business and as a coach and mentor.  I have successfully launched businesses for others and myself – all still running successfully today some over 30 years successful  – I have also worked extensively in the private sector and in the corporate world, preparing me to successfully help others to style and run their enterprises  as I have extensive business development skills to offer.

As a supervisor, and in my roles for IAP & ISPA – it is important that supervisees know that part of my focus is to help supervisees identify good quality CPD  opportunities and to knowledge share, so that there is opportunity for continued improvement on growth of skills and capabilities that improve their  processes and practice – the main goals being to get the best outcomes for our clients and for our peers.

As a supervisor who has a long and successful background in business and business development, I will be able to assist all who work with me on their business practices and growth of their business as well whilst in supervision.

To me, Supervision is a place of quality non-judgemental professional support for those working in many fields.   Supervision can take several forms; given that Professional Clinical Supervision is a requirement for many in the health care professions & is known to be important to provide not only the health practitioner’s / Clinicians’ client care services that are optimal – but also to ensure that the practitioner / clinician is getting professional care & assistance with their own self care and professional development as high priorities, along with all the other important skills and development planning over time..

I am available to assist supervisees seeking professional Clinical Supervision – to not only to fulfil the criteria for that need to be met for their ongoing licence/membership with associations for therapists, but also to meet their clinics many related areas of development and success.  Professional Clinical Supervision I can provide include:

• Individual supervision

• Group supervision

• Peer supervision

Of course   Supervision, coaching, mentoring are all process relationships and overlap with

Coaching is more often seen in the corporate world and mentoring is particularly in favour in education.   To me, it is important to note that as I am also a professional supervisor, coach, and mentor that all these things have so much in common, as they are all process relationships.

Essentially in all ways, it is important to professionally improve whatever practice you are in,  through discussion, review, reflection & relevant  development of skills and knowledge which can make a professional become their best, to give their best, and to attain the recognition and success they work towards. – I am here to help you in that pursuit of excellence, I look forward to excelling together!

My qualifications are:  I am on the Faculty of the Institute of Applied Psychology, Certified Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Executive Coach, Performance Coach, Master Coach, NLP Coach & Trainer,  I have had long carer in small business and in Corporate business, I sit on the board of a NFP Professional Association.  This work is my passion, and I want the best for people in our industry.
