Your Privacy
We recognise that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect from you. The Privacy Act 1988 and Privacy Amendment Act 2001 govern the way in which we must manage your personal information. This policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage personal information about you.
By law, we are required to collect basic personal information about you for our Membership Register.
We encourage you to check our website regularly for any updates to our Privacy Policy.
Online Security – Membership Payments
ACSA is not a secure site; however, we have installed secure links to PayPal to process your payments. If you use PayPal to make membership payments, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure site.
ACSA does not keep your banking information on our website, or in our bank account (if you pay via Direct Deposit).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your membership must be advised via email to the ACSA Secretary at email: membership@clinicalsupervision.org.au.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal changes or cancellations.
Insurance
ACSA is fully insured for all events and conference activities throughout Australia.
Mailing Lists
ACSA automatically places you on our Membership mailing list via MailChimp. This is so that you can be informed of any new developments and stay up-to-date with ACSA news. You have the capacity to unsubscribe at any time, although we will miss you.
