ACSA Constitution

The ACSA Constitution is a prescriptive set of rules that serves the purpose of keeping a non-profit organisation honest and accountable. ACSA has incorporated in Western Australia, a constitution has been created based on the Western Australia department of mines, industry Regulation and safety.

ACSA is currently in transition between Queensland and WA incorporation.

ACSA was previously incorporated with Queensland our rules were based on recommendations from the Office of Fair Trading, Queensland.
